Albert Realty Services was formed in 1965 to serve the commercial real estate needs of northern California's San Joaquin Valley. We have been at it ever since.

Our story

We look after the places a community uses without thinking about them — the neighborhood shopping center, the convenience corner, the restaurant on the way home, the apartments down the street. Since 1965 we have leased, managed, and stood behind shopping centers, restaurants, fast-food outlets, commercial buildings, and apartment units across the Valley.

In 1988 we expanded the firm to better serve what our clients were asking for, broadening into the full spectrum of commercial real estate services — sales and leasing, property management, and advisory. We can take a property from first listing through lease-up and then manage it for the long run, or step in at any single point.

We work with each client on a personal basis and tailor what we do to their objectives. Our reputation for professional performance, service, and dependability is known throughout the region — and it is the reason most of our work comes from people we have worked with before.
